A reminder isn't done until you acknowledge it.
PingPilot was built on a simple idea: a reminder isn't done until you acknowledge it. Learn who we are and why we built PingPilot.
PingPilot started from a frustratingly ordinary problem: the important things — a passport renewal, an EMI, a follow-up with someone who matters — kept slipping through. Not because we didn't care, but because one notification at 9am is easy to dismiss and impossible to remember later.
Why we exist
Every reminder tool on the market sends you one ping and then quietly gives up. That works for low-stakes things. It fails exactly when it matters — renewals, deadlines, payments, documents, and the follow-ups that turn into money left on the table.
PingPilot treats a reminder as a chain, not an event. You define the escalation: email first, then WhatsApp, then SMS, then a phone call if it's truly critical. The chain keeps going until you acknowledge it — and stops the second you do.
What we believe
- Follow-through beats intention. Everyone intends to remember. Systems that actually follow through are worth paying for.
- Nudges should be quiet until they can't be. Most reminders need one gentle touch. Critical ones should escalate on your terms.
- Respect attention. Acknowledging a reminder should end everything, immediately, everywhere.
- No app lock-in. Email, WhatsApp, SMS and phone calls reach you where you already are.
How it works
Create a reminder with a deadline and a recurrence, choose the channels and the order, and let it run. PingPilot handles scheduling, delivery and escalation. If you don't respond, the next step takes over automatically. If you do, the chain stops.
Who it's for
Individuals who juggle renewals, bills, birthdays and travel prep — and small teams who can't afford a cold lead, a missed deadline or a lapsed certificate. If something going wrong costs you more than a few dollars a month, PingPilot is cheap insurance.
